What to do Next
One
Scan or photograph your documents so that they are clear and include all elements, headers and footers. Email them to me for a quote. Let me know if you need the documents urgently. If you have multiple pages, you may be eligible for a discount.
Two
Wait for my reply email with quote and estimated delivery time. If you accept my quote and the timeframe I have indicated, proceed to payment by following the link in my email (or the button below). Email me the screenshot of payment and I will get to work on your documents.
Three
You will receive back a signed and certified pdf of your translation. My NAATI digital stamp and QR code (and NZSTI stamp if required for New Zealand) will appear on all pages. Print your translation in colour.
Please Note...
I cannot commence your translation until you have emailed me proof of payment (screenshot). Thanks for understanding.
What to look for in an electronic translation
NAATI now requires us to use a new digital stamp and QR code (newly generated every single day). I use a combination of this stamp plus the old NAATI stamp with my signature to offer the best possible security against translator fraud.
The Australian Department of Home Affairs (Immigration & Citizenship) has strict rules about how we, as translators, certify documents. Home Affairs has my signature on file.
